This Privacy Policy applies to the All services mobile application (“the App”), published on Google Play by 166 Tech.

The App is developed by 166 Tech for and operated by AZA Vehicles Recovery LLC, operating as 166 Recovery (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), Nadd Hessa, Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, P.O. Box 393594. AZA Vehicles Recovery LLC is the data controller responsible for personal data processed through the App.

All services is an internal application intended exclusively for employees and authorized drivers of AZA Vehicles Recovery LLC (“you”, “users”). Access requires company-issued credentials. The App is not intended for the general public.

• Employee login credentials (username / employee ID)
• Driver profile information provided by the Company

2. Location Data

• Precise GPS location while the App is in use, to dispatch orders, track order status and optimize routes.

3. Device Information

• Device identifier, device model and operating system version, used for authentication and security.

4. Photos and Order Data

• Photographs of deliveries, vehicle condition and related documents, taken with the device camera
• Digital signatures for order confirmation
• Order history and status updates

5. Vehicle Information

• Refueling records
• Vehicle damage reports, including photographs

How We Use Your Information

All services uses this information only to:

• Manage and dispatch orders
• Track order status and driver location
• Verify order completion
• Maintain vehicle and refueling records
• Ensure operational efficiency, security and fraud prevention

Data Sharing

AZA Vehicles Recovery LLC does not sell, trade or rent personal data. Data collected through All services is not shared with third parties, except hosting providers that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Location Services

All services requires location permission to function. Location is collected only while the App is in active use for order tracking. You may disable location access in your device settings, but core features will not work.
